R.C.E. Heat Exchangers, LLC was formed in June, 2004 as a lasting tribute to Mr. Robert (Bob) C. Earl by his son, Mike Earl, and stepson, Bob Strobel. Bob Earl was a leading innovator in the heat exchanger repair/retube industry until his passing in May, 2002.
Today, Mike and Bob operate R.C.E. Heat Exchangers with the same dedication to innovation, quality, and customer service that Bob Earl provided to his customers. Their motto remains “Creative Solutions for the Heat Transfer Industry”.
Mike Earl, President of R.C.E. Heat Exchangers, has over 15 years of experience as a technician, code welder, service manager, QC manager, and a heat exchanger troubleshooting specialist. He is the Sales and Technical Coordinator for the company. Mike also serves on an industry committee of experts for the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI).
Bob Strobel, Vice President, also has 15 years of experience as a technician and project supervisor overseeing many of the company’s most complicated heat exchanger repair/retube projects. Bob manages R.C.E. Heat Exchangers’ Operations and Safety initiatives.
