In June, 2005 R.C.E. Heat Exchangers, LLC was formed by Mike Earl and Bob Strobel as a lasting tribute to their father Mr. Robert C. (Bob) Earl. Bob Earl was a leading innovator in the heat exchanger repair / retube field until his passing in May 2002. Much of Bob Earl’s passion, innovation and personable ways have been passed on to Mike and Bob who believe in Bob Earl’s way of providing customers with absolute quality and innovative repair methods at a competitive price, “Creative Solutions”.
Mike Earl (Bob Earl’s Son) has over 15 years of experience serving as a technician, Code welder, service manager, QC manager and as a heat exchanger specialist, trouble shooter. Mike has sat on a committee of experts for EPRI. Mike serves as the President, Sales and Technical Coordinator of R.C.E. Heat Exchangers, LLC.
Bob Strobel (Bob Earl’s stepson) also has 15 years of experience serving as a technician and Project Supervisor. Bob has managed many repair / re-tube projects, several of which were some of the larger re-tube projects ever undertaken, Bob serves as R.C.E. Heat Exchangers, LLC. Vice President Operations and Safety. Both Bob and I look forward to working with you to create “Creative Solutions” to meet your heat exchanger needs.
